I laughed. This is true. Fun fact, there's actually well-understood physiological reasons for this. Among other things, women's blood vessels tend to be narrower and farther from the surface of the skin, so their extremities literally do get colder faster than men's.

I'd argue mood swings should be a subtype of physical discomfort because they are due to scheduled hormone rollercoaster rides and there's nothing you can do to stop it. The hormone peaks and troughs do collateral damage on the nearby amygdala by binding to those receptors as well.
