Got a Skintag/cyst on my balls. Should I cut it, there is no feeling in the tag/cyst, there a sharp pain from where it attaches to my normal skin.

Let the doctor do it.
I had one on my eyelid, and he froze the sucker off. It took a few seconds, healed quickly, and didn't get infected.
All of those are better than DIY cures.
