Masculinity and dominance is a different thing. A masculine girl would be a tomboy, a dominant girl is what I think you're talking about which is the bossy/take control of situations type. I don't think there's a specific name for them though. (could be wrong)

I'm not really sure if this would be considered "manlike" or "reversed roles". Plenty of men don't behave "masculine" and plenty of women don't behave "feminine". I'm not sure if its that cut and dry. The roles are mixed, if anything.
I'm not sure what women with these personality types are called, if anything. I am quite fond of them.

I've never specifically called this kind of girl something.
And most of the dominant female personalities I've met are manipulatively dominant in relationships, almost never outright (though I have met a few that are pure fire type-a and aggressive).
I don't have another name for them other than "cunt" but that's from my perspective as a female. Since generally, these women don't have a lot of female friends, they're usually bossy and dominant with girls too. Which is hard to be friends with.
My boyfriend's sister is exactly what you've described, she always has some beta boytoy she drags around and shows off. He's always got money, and treats her like a Queen.
