Talk to a friend daily on Skype for hours but it's kind of getting a bit much. He always starts the convo so it's not like I can just not speak and have some quiet.
How do I stop speaking to him without hurting his feelings or looking like an ass or that there's a problem?
Kind of want to go off the radar so he gets bored and starts messaging someone else instead and doesn't even realise that we've stopped talking

What I'd do is hang up his call when he calls you then IM him saying that you're feeling shitty and want to just chill and watch a movie. set all your shit to offline and chill out.

When I say skype, I mean we just text on it.
Basically we talk all day for fricken hours and I've started to get feelings for him. I know he's taken and he seems happy enough but he's sending out such confusing signals and I don't know if it's just the way I'm reading them or if he's just super friendly or what, so I kinda just wanna stop talking at all

Sounds like drama to me, I'd say you need to do yourself a favour as you will NEVER be happy if you carry on like this. I'd just stop replying for a while, shit like this usually goes away eventually.
