Is there a step I need to take from dating to actually have the titles boyfriend/girlfriend?
I know we are both exclusively seeing each other and we both want this to be long term but she didn't specifically say I was her boyfriend when asked.
Also, I don't think her friends like me so I want to do a fun group activity with our friends, so what are some fun group dates?

If you two are together you are her bf but if you're just dating then you have to make the step and tell her or well ask her to be your girlfriend
