Dealing with a hard situation in my relationship, would like some opinions:

Lately I had been feeling slightly taken advantage of, I have been putting in a lot of effort and sacrificing a lot of my time and convenience to maximize the amount of time I spend with my SO who lives about a 45 min drive from me. Had a culminating moment Friday night where I fully realized these feelings, we got into a tiff about it, and didn't really get to talk about it much with him until tonight.

One major disagreement between us right now is his timeline to move in here. He has committed to moving in June 1st with me and my two roommates, and we have based all of our financial situation around having four total roommates. Because he is committed, he will be paying rent on the 1st regardless of his actual move-in date, but ideally I'd like him to move in sooner rather than later because driving back and forth between our places is a bitch for both of us. Unfortunately, he is stressed about the fact that he does not have a stable job, and will have to work odd jobs and dip into savings to make this move happen. He has also never cohabited with a girlfriend before and is feeling anxious about that. Finally, the jobs he's working are closer to where he lives now, so he will be commuting longer than he would prefer. All of these reasons, I think, are making him procrastinate the moving process, much to my chagrin.

My question to /adv/: Does this sound like a reasonable solution? Is there anything I'm overlooking? It sounds a little naïve, and puts me in a vulnerable position by conceding my wishes to his, but I have lived as a self-serving narcissist in other relationships and never known much about this kind of selfless love so I would like to do my best to be a better person and partner
