Hey guys I'm have really bad anxiety. At school the other day this dude slapped me and so I punched him in the face then we started to fight. At the end of the fight my face was sore. Now people are saying that I got beat up and I know i did. Now feel depressed about what happened. What should I do?

Start boxing or ju-jitsu or gym. Try to not be beaten up again. You are good. You defended yourself, you have a spirit already, now you need to work on technique and body.

I was in college this one time and this guy stole a pizza from me right out of my plate so I stood up and got it back, later at the creek we were smoking and he shoved me and then knocked my glasses off. The edge was muddy so I pushed him back and said, we're going to fall into this river dude fucking stop, and my friends were giving me shit and taking the piss over it like I got walloped. I'll never forget that because it just shows how simple minded people are about that kind of shit. Tell them if they really wanna see a fight then arrange one OP.
