After finishing school 2 years ago, i was done with society, i was socially awkward before, but isolation from everyone last 2 years got me on the new low, now i find myself at the situation where im scared AF to go to barbershop to cut my hair, am i completly lost?

yup. i know. i had agoraphobia for a year because some weird dude started stalking me and i was afraid to leave my house. i lost a lot o f friends cuz i wouldnt go outside and was begging them to do my groccery shopping for me.
to this day im still scared and its hard for me to go outside in say, short sleeves, cuz i feel like im not protected. even though i live in fucking LA and it gets hot as balls.
ive managed to get to lighter clothing. my point is get out and do it. make a friend make you if you have to.

Well I've got no advice for your anxiety problems, but honestly it is really easy to learn to cut your own hair.
Get some good scissors, a trimmer and a bunch of mirrors, watch some youtube vids, and you'll never have to worry about getting a haircut or paying for one again.
If it turns out awful, well you're already a shut-in, so who gives a fuck? you can always just shave it off.
