I drank an entire gallon of water in the last 12 hours, but still have a headache like the ones you get from dehydration. I'm not stressed at all either, in fact I just finished my semester. What is going on?

The symptoms of over hydration are about the same as dehydration.
Headaches can be anything from dehydration to stress to lack of sleep. Try taking some ibuprofen and see if it's there in the morning.

Just water is nice but you still need electrolytes. Stop at a dollar store and get some children's rehydration stuff.
