Good luck with that. If this is a real job and you used work e-mail, or even work computer, to send the list, you have committed an error you have every right to get fired for. Sending obscenities=hostile work environment. No company worth a shit can let that sort of thing slide, because it puts them on the expensive end of harassment lawsuits.
But assuming you're friendly with this supervisor, it was all on personal e-mails, and you didn't send it from work, the I AM A GIGANTIC JACKASS excuse is probably OK. She may think you're a creep forever, but she probably can't and won't have you shitcanned.
