You've got a couple of options. You won't be hopping in to insta's data centre and poking around till you find what you're after, that's for sure. The first choice is getting the account holder to give you their login details. In a very simplified term, you send him an email that says "dear billy, please send me your password and login so that I can confirm this account is yours, lots of love, TheLegitInstagram xoxox". The other method is to convince insta that the account is actually yours, or that you are him. There are a few ways you can do this, the favorite method being to hit them up like "hi I'm xXx_benis_eater_420_xXx my email got hacked so now I'm using [email protected] please let me use it to reset my insta password incase that gets hacked too".

You'll need a glow stick, a shark tank, three highly flamable puppies, a 17in dildo(important), and a rotting deer. The rest will become apparent.
