spent $1,200 on a second hand gold bracelet
it's slightly too big for me so I don't think im going to wear it
should I sell it, or is it worth just keeping?
it will always retain its value, right?

the value of gold is not static. research the best way to resell jewelry and find out. if it always had the same value thered be no reason to keep it right?

but its always going to go up, isnt it?
if in a few years time i decided to sell it i wouldnt have lost money on it, is basically what im asking

Not necissarily. If it always went up it would be really easy to get rich quick.
Plus a lot of value is added because it's jewlery. I might be wrong, but I'd imagine the gold in the bracelet is worth no where near 1200.
It can't be sized in some way?

No bro. Gold just hit a 52 week high not long ago. It will go back down after the brexit thing gets settled. Plus you are going to take a hit if you sell it for scrap gold. Better hope that shit is 24k
