I've been raped. That doesn't make me an expert, but it does give me insight, something you might be lacking here.
Ok, so here it goes.
You need to be direct and forceful with her. I know this seems like the opposite of what you should do but it's not. This is a problem that we have with todays society, everyone wants to be kind, even when that kindness is bad.
You need to tell her exactly how you feel and exactly what you want done about the situation. You need to make her face what happened to her and the situation that you are in and it needs to be done ASAP.
Survivors of sexual assaults and rapes heal much faster if they are forced to deal with the emotional trauma instead of being coddled.
You also need to make her understand the profound cost of having a child under these circumstances. If you don't then what is going to happen is she is just going to go along with the situation without ever making a choice and she, and you, will be stuck with a life neither of you actually wanted, no matter which way things happen.
This is a time sensitive situation that needs dramatic and expedient resolution.
