This is easier said than done, but the solution is simple, quit freaking yourself out. The bigger deal you make out of all this the harder (or softer kek) this is going to get for you
2-3 times a day is a little much. Try to cut it down to maybe a solid 2 times a day tops, then down to 1 time a day, then maybe just a few times a week.
But I think that's really a separate problem from what happened. You were just NERVOUS. You just need to get used to having sex with someone else. Takes me a long time to feel comfortable with someone enough that way for me to stay hard. Once I'm more comfortable with the person, it's not a problem.
