Find a way to work part time and live a low stress minimalist lifestyle, leech off your parents, milk the welfare system, get lucky at gamblng, etc. Full time employment is essentially modern day first world slavery.

Look into careers that support fewer days. I went into nursing and between the pay and 12 hour shifts I only work 1 or 2 days a week

That's how businesses and companies see GROWTH, and it is a necessary condition for growth. Its sadly a zero sum game, but everyone ignores it.
