First of all, you're not an obese 5/10.
If you need to lose 100lbs, you're more like a 1/10, or 0/10 (never considered a romantic option by women).
If your face is 5/10, that's your potential if you get to a normal bodyweight.
You can then raise your score with a great body, to somewhere like 7/10.

Another important factor is how you present yourself with clothing, attitude, humor, etc. If you dress well, have confidence, and are generally fun to be around it improves your chances and attractiveness drmamatically.
