A callus is typically not painful. It's the opposite, a callus is thick skin that produces no sensation. It's generally on the bottom of soles, not on toes. OP, I think what you got here is a typical wart. Probably not serious but it would be a good idea to take care of it. You should show it to a specialist in skin care.

Being it on your feet means you have shitty shoes, shitty socks or just being super athlete, mountain climber or any other crazy sports man.

Those are warts. Don't scrape them off or something like that, they can spread relatively easily. Go to a doctor, he will give you something to remove them, doesn't hurt.

Definitely warts. You can get rid of them over about the period of a few weeks/a month or so by cutting slices of garlic, placing them on the warts and then using band aids as a seal around the garlic to hold it in place on the warts. I had some about a year or two ago that I got rid of using this method. Change out the garlic and the band aids every other day. Be sure to avoid wearing shoes with no socks or walking around barefoot. Also, be sure to disinfect your shoes once you're rid of the warts so that the bacteria in the shoe doesn't cause them to come back. The garlic will make them sting a lot sometimes, but it's worth it because then you don't have to get them burned/frozen off by a doctor. Or you can just go to the doctor and get them removed that way.

I forgot: if you choose to use the garlic method, you have to be consistent. You can't skip a day or whatever, and don't stop doing it until all that's left is a little hole in your skin. There won't be any of the whitish/yellow wart root left. It'll just look like a tiny little hole with dead skin around it and stuff.
Also note that the garlic will smell rancid like total ass, so avoid taking off your socks in front of people.

Just go to your local drug store and buy some freeze type wart remover. Follow the instructions and they should be gone in about a week.
The freezing sounds painful but it'll actually dull the pain a bit.
