How do I learn to overcome procrastination?
Every time I have a test in school, I end up waiting till the last possible moment to start studying. I panic and memorize facts all through the night and at the end of it all I end up getting a B. Then I'm so tired I can't think for the rest of the day. I could easily be a straight A study with just a little bit of pro-activity. But I never seem to get any motivation until the last 24 hours. How do I fix myself?

I have the exact same problem OP. I was like this all through high school, and now it has carried on into university. I want to do well, but I procrastinate until the last day to ever get anything done. I could easily get excellent marks if I didn't do this. I don't know how to stop though.

You start giving a shit.
Unfortunately if you don't give a shit about something, it's unlikely you will suddenly start. You're only even studying or writing your papers out of anxiety and a fear of retribution.
Unfortunately the habits you build in school will follow you for the rest of your life excepting in those areas you have true passion. When a college teacher has you study for a test or when a boss makes you write a report, etc. you're going to view it internally as meaningless school work and you'll only do it at the last minute to avoid reprimand.
I've gotten away with doing this in the business world for about 10 years now, mainly because everyone is so fucking stupid and slow that what they see as 10 hours of work is really 2.

this is exactly what i thought and is the sole reason i thought I'd have a good life. i'm lazy, i thought, i know i'm lazy, but when there's something which i really love, something which ignites my passion, i just go for it night and day til its done. always have, always will. this way, i just play video games now, then when i'm a grown up i get to do what i love, i'll always be happy.
except i became severely depressed, now nothing excites me, can't remember the last time I felt passionate about something, i have a shit job that i hate, and shit habits and willpower which make it impossible to get anything done when i come home tired from work.

Eat apples everyday
Start learning spanish
Ans statt to activly work on iit. Monitor your behaviour for a week then sit down.
