I dunno, some people might think it's weird because they might assume you don't drink because you're socially awkward and don't ever party, or something like that. That might just be for college though, like people who are super into partying are going to be weirded out that you don't drink/party
You could just vaguely say it's for you health, like I know a few people who don't drink due to allergies or alcohol sensitivity.

Who cares. You're not 16 anymore (I assume) so you don't drink to be one of the cool kids, anyway. You're an adult making adult life choices, nobody's business but your own.

I don't drink alcohol for health reasons. The reactions I get are either complete apathy or mildly positive. Nobody has ever looked at it negatively.
