Go to a walk-in clinic give him the symptoms for food poisoning and then ask for a note because you missed an exam. Next class give it to the prof, she cannot deny missing an exam due to a medical reasons.

shoot yourself in a non-veinous area with a short-pronged staple gun, then go get it removed. if you have one around. or, you could go to a clinic and say you blacked out, fell over earlier and have no idea why and need to make sure youre okay
