How do I stop looking at girls, so I've noticed I look at women and girls too much creepily, I look at their private areas far too frequent even though I'm not interested, it's almost instinctual and I find it creepy because I figured I do it too much, like every girl I see I just look for those areas first. Any way I can stop looking? Or decrease?

I used to be the same back in high school, but then I noticed other people doing it (meaning others looking at others asses etc.) and thought they were degenerates. I realized I'm better than that and told myself not to do it.

Literally when i walk past girls (without girlfriend), i look at their face and then boobs infront of them without shame. Girls dress like sluts nowdays, showing their round tits/ass so i don't care.
