hey guys, I'm only 21 but my body's already fucked. doctors told me my cartilage is deformed but everyone suspects it's not that, it's early onset arthritis (runs in my family).
so pretty much I'm always in pain, but if I stay sitting or lying down with brief periods of exercise in between then I'm fine. BUT. I work retail, and cashiers aren't allowed to sit down because fuck minimum wage workers I guess?
does anyone have advice for keeping my pain levels down? pills don't do shit for me anymore and I'm running out of different stretches to try.
my pain is mostly focused in my knees and my back between my shoulders btw.
smoke some chronic weed for your chronic pain.

way ahead of you on that one. it really does help when I can get it but I live with an ex cop right now so I have to be really careful, and I can't get it too often.
