if i'm an 18 year old guy and haven't had much physical/sexual development, should I see a doctor? I'm pretty short and my genitals haven't grown much. I also dont have armpit hair or much pubic hair. I've read about shots that can jumpstart puberty, like testosterone. I saw a thread like this a while back but didn't see any responses. I really appreciate any responses. I'm nervous that i'm about to start college and I look like I'm 12.
Some people are naturally not very hairy. But lets get to the heart of the matter here....are you implying you have a tiny dick and balls?
Yes as you might have hypogonadism or some other hormonal problem. They're usually easy to fix

Yes I think you should, whats the downside of going? Your doc will either say it's just how you are or he'll get you some treatment. You say you have no hair, have you been able to ejaculate and had nocturnal emissions?

honestly, i've never told anyone, but i've only ejaculated clear fluid a few times. I don't masturbate nearly as much as others, so i'm not sure if I can ejaculate semen. I have not had a nocturnal emission.
