Can anyone give me some tips for getting a job. I've been trying ever since I've started college and no one has ever hired me mostly because of lack of experience. I'm already a semester away from graduating and even then with my degree I feel like no one will still hire me. I haven't even gotten accepted for internships because of how super competitive it was. I asked a friend for help and he told me I should just walk in and personally talk to managers in person and I did that and everytime they just give me a look like I'm crazy and tell me that applications are online only. My resume is completely empty for job or work experience so all I have on it are just skills and friends listed as references. I've applied for so many places from fast food to retail to internships related to my degree and I think 60% of the time I just never get a response back and I'm constantly checking my phone and have it on and check my emails. Also I look ok I dress proper and I don't have any kind of mental issue or any kind of criminal or drug history. Is there anything else I should be doing?
