Hey /adv/ I'm in my teens and I have recently had a terrible outbreak of bacne, and I was wondering if anybody would know of any way to get rid of it?

It helps to actually wash your back to remove the buildup of dead skin cells that blocks hair follicles and help develop the bacne. Purchase washcloth, purchase a non-perfumed or minimally perfumed basic soap (none of this essential oils bullshit) such as Johnson's baby shampoo (you know clearasil is the same shit in a different packaging) or heck, dishwashing liquid, lather washcloth up with hot water, scrub back, rinse clean. Depending on your local water supply, bar soaps might leave soap scum residue on your back and worsen matters.
Also, invest in singlets and undershirts that you can boil to sterilize after the normal wash cycle. Just like the "put a clean towel on the pillowcase every night" put on a clean singlet or undershirt every day and change.
Aside from those, the rest is about hormone levels. Have a good fap once a week (no porn, just use your imagination and your hands and maybe some lube/lotion, bring yourself up to verge of orgasm at least 3x before going for the final spurt), eat regular meals and cut down on sugar, caffeine, dietary fat, get good sleep. It's not a 100% foolproof plan, but these all help in the long run.

Given you've said recent, I assume that means you don't often get acne in which case I can't really help.
If acne is a constant/recurring issue then see a doctor and get them to refer you to a dermatologist. The dermatologist will make it all happen (albeit over a while) to the point you don't really get acne anymore. Roaccutane will fuck up any pimples.

These require at least 6 minutes on the skin prior to washing away to experience any benefits, and are included in the clearasil LOTIONS.
Use soap. As in real soap, that's a physical lump, not liquid. Might as well try actibacterial. You know it worked if your skin is dry (eg not slipperly) after you take a shower.
Immediately shower after you sweat.
Try to manage it before going for medicine. Seriously. I know you want to take a pill and not have to wash yourself, but please try for your own good.
If it fails, only if it absolutely fails, there is medicine that handler acne (Isotretinoin). Only take it after you stopped growing. It has permanent effects. Your skin will be dry forever, and you may start balding.

This is really retarded advice. Please don't do this OP. Soap removes grease from your skin, but natural sebum is what keeps your skin from drying out. If you remove it all, the only result will be that your skin starts overproducing sebum, resulting in more acne.
Acne generally has two causes: hormonal or bacterial. Hormonal acne can be treated with steroids. Bacterial acne requires topical antibiotics or antibacterial stuff such as salicyclic acid. The salicyclic acid in Clearasil and similar products is too low to really help out, but a higher dosage can be dangerous. This is why good acne treatments are not available over the counter.
If your acne is very bad, please see a doctor or a dermatologist. Otherwise, use a treatment with salicyclic acid (like Clearasil wash), tea tree oil. Enzyme peeling may also help remove dead skin which could be clogging your pores.
Be careful with these treatments though, the compounds can be irritants and worsen your acne.
There are body washes you can buy for non-facial acne. It can also help to use a benzyl peroxide lotion on the area after washing. Bathing after sweating can improve your acne a lot, don't leave it after you sweat, man. This is what helped me, anyway. Good luck, dude.
