Not much you really can do. I suppose you could explain exactly everything from what 4chan is and its boards and show them to clear the false accusations but i doubt itll matter.
I honestly dont browse 4chan "publicly" for kinda the same reason. Even work safe boards people sometimes post shit that isnt work safe. I browse stuff here when im on break at work (like now) but im smoking in my car and even still i really only browse /adv/ and /diy/ on break.

This kind of happened to me. But I was trying to find the kiss scene of broke back mountain to share with a friend as a joke.
Then my brother saw it and told all my friends that I was looking up how to kiss because I didn't know how too.
I couldn't stop it and it was embarrassing. It died down in a few days. I just said my brother is a lying sack of shit and went on my merry way.
