Long story, but how can I trigger myself to throw up when I go to work later? Are there some (non-lethal) household items I can ingest right before I clock in for work that will trigger me to throw up a few minutes / hours later? Perhaps a certain combination of common food / liquid / alcohol that is guaranteed to make me sick?
It's important that whatever the method is makes me sick a few minutes or hours after I perform it. The aim here is for me to puke when I start working. So I need to perform the action, go into work and hope at some point I'm sick.
