Probably going to come across as psycho but just need a different perspective.
My boyfriend and I were in a skype call and he said that he'll be back in a sec. That was nearly 3 hours ago and there has been 0 contact and now I'm worried hes slipped over and is bleeding out or something.
Hes the kind of person who doesnt really leave his computer and if he does he takes his phone.

The skype calls still running, any advice on what you would do in this situation?

I've text him once, an hour in to him not returning as well as once 45 minutes in on skype and then again 2 1/2 hours in.

Maybe whatever called him away "for a sec" turned out to be something big - a friend needed his help, a neighbor was ill, the local volcano was erupting - and he forgot he left the skype running.
