Yep, I've got the same problem and I think this is the solution.

Think of every hot girl as just another average (not special) girl.

Realize that they're not the kindest nor smartest people on the planet.

This might sound /r9k/ish, but it might help you.

Some women are really good at appearing without flaws, and usually are better at hiding them than men IMO. But all you need is to remind yourself that nobody is perfect. That's it. They are not flawless, they have character traits you wouldn't like and there are pretty women everywhere which makes one particular girl not so special.

Have you ever considered approaching them though? Its one thing to talk to somebody and another to just look at them once or twice.
