I got these red shits on my legs, inner thighs
they're flat and don't really itch, but they're ugly and have been there for a couple months
what are they and how can I get rid of them?

I got them from just being fat and sweaty and sitting on my PC all day.

how did you get rid of them?
It might be bedbugs, a tell tale sign of bedbug bites is that they're lined up. A couple of months seems a bit long though.
Have other people been sleeping in your bed recently, or you in other beds? Do you change your sheets regularly?
Try doing some research on bedbugs/consult doctor/pest control or whatever.
