So my friend since childhood just fought me and he got me. I thought we were just go wrestle a Lil bit but he started swinging at me and got me good a in front of some of my other friends. He's got about 50 pounds on me an is a Lil taller. I can't trust him anymore what do I do.
? I can squat and dead lift 100lbs over his weight (210). I can't let him get away with this any tips on how to take some to the ground ?
