It looks kinda funny, overdone. Not in this scale. A bit shorter, probably. This haircut with different styling, absolutely. But this looks like Johnny Bravo...

That's still way too tall, and I don't like how he styles the side without the part. It's bad and looks rough. I cut my guy's hair in a similar way, but depending on how he styles it, he switches between two looks: Morrissey and Jon Hamm from Mad Men. This guy has no idea what he's doing.
the hairs a bit silly but he has a hot face so he can get away with it.
