Its bullshit, just look at the ingredients. Its a bunch of herbal crap. We have cognitive enhancers: stimulants, racetam compounds, Tolcapone, L-DOPA, NRIs, etc.

It is a placebo. Look into modafinil, adderall, or other pharmaceuticals. You would notice more benefits with a cup of coffee and a cigarette. Not kidding either, both caffeine and nicotine are cognitive enhancers and improve alertness.
