I'm going through a journey at the moment. The only thing I can suggest is that you just actually "do" it.

At the moment I'm trying to:

Dress well
Be as strong and as fit as I can reasonably be
Play sports
Take up interesting new hobbies
Be interesting by going on adventures
Improving my hair/beard
Trying to smell good
Trying to be as clean as I can be
Gain a good fashion sense
Be as confident as possible
Improve my posture

The list goes on. My list keeps growing but it's just part of a life-long thing I suppose
