Hi. Does anyone know how to deal with blacking out? It ranges

Hi. Does anyone know how to deal with blacking out? It ranges from completely fainting and dropping on the floor, to sometimes where my brain just sort of 'shuts off' and everything turns to black and comes back on again. At first I thought it was stress, so I took leave from my day job for a bit, but it still persists. I'm really worried and I don't want to tell people about this yet because they'd get really worried.

go to the doctor
blacking out has a massive amount of various unrelated causes, 4chan will not help you
go to the doctor

but make sure you're eating decent regular meals and drinking too much water to start with
