Does any of you fiddle around with QQ Coins?

I think I've made a mistake, I was supposed to use a card but i think i added the coins directly to the QQ account. Now I'm asked for a card number and a code below, and i don't have them.
Is there a way to use this coins?

Yes the site is from mainland China.
I had a few bucks to spare so i wanted to see if i could by my way in, so it doesn't hurt much losing 3 bucks.
