I think I have tendonitis, but it's everywhere. My shoulder, cubital pass, knuckles, ankles, knees, etc.

I'm guessing if I go into the doctor I'll get some cortisone injections. What do I do if rest, ice, and elevation don't work or aren't an option? I'm sick of being in constant pain and I want to exercise/get in shape. So what the fuck? Is it even tendonitis? Sometimes when I shower I can feel my knees bend back.

That sounds more like rheumatoid arthritis, friend. Try taking anti-inflammatories for a bit and see if it helps any.

Also go to the doctor.
