I like to crack my toes and fingers a lot. Recently my pinkie on my left foot started to hurt. I looked under the blanket and saw this. What should I do

Looks like athlete's foot or some other sort of foot fungus.
Enormous fucking pain in the ass to deal with if you don't take care of it properly. Can spread across your foot and will cause massive peeling and cracked skin all over.
Doctor will probably prescribe you with some OTC Clotrimazole anti fungal cream.
Keep your feet dry by using some sort of talc or powder, change your socks twice a day, air out your shoes. If you go to a public gym or locker room, wear sandals at all times.
