Can someone help me?

Iv had a ending with a girl that I really fell for recently. Anyways, during the workday i feel ok because my mind is busy on work. But it seems as soon as I get in my car and start driving home, she pops into my head and I start feeling sad. I'll get home and find some things to occupy my mind to help, but before I go to bed, I can't help it and I feel absolutely miserable. I'm in bed right now and I feel so sad. What can I do to help alleviate this? I really feel miserable

I take like 15 Benedryl to sedate myself when that happens

I literally hung out in the back at work for like 45 minutes after my shift cause I didn't want to go home for similar reasons....

But yes, sometimes I'll just stay at work because I know as soon as I leave I'll become depressed. It's like this everyday.
