learn an instrument (one of people's biggest regrets later in life is that they never learned to play a musical instrument)
start whittling
learn to draw stuff that you enjoy drawing

just don't try and do them all at once. pick one, and stick with it.
don't be discouraged by that 10,000 hour boogeyman number that people throw around on how long it takes to master a hobby, you don't need to be a master. it only takes about 20 to become competent.
don't berate yourself for not being as good as others, only berate yourself for not being better than you were yesterday.
while you're at it you should kick the vidya or at least cut it down as much as possible
