It's different for everyone but I focus on what I consider my strengths and accept the fact that nobody is perfect and we are all horrendously flawed in some way. And that's ok.

Talk to your partner about it. I let them know about my insecurity at the same time reassuring them I trusted them and that it was all in my head and they should understand. At the same time you work at it and tell yourself it's all in your mind and he/she is a loyal partner and time you'll get better at it.
