My best advice is not to quit fapping cold turkey, like those fucking fapstronauts. You'll just set yourself up for failure.
Slowly wean yourself off porn and try to reduce the amount of times you do it. Start easy like from 4 to 3 times a day, then once a day, then every other day until you reach a happy medium for example once a week.
Nothing wrong with masturbation just as long it's in moderation.
