Is it normal to feel sick as hell after eating junkfood? The other day I had pizza pops, coffee, red bull, green tea, fuzzy peaches, and coke zero, and I couldn't sleep due to my stomach ache and I felt hungover.
I generally eat pretty healthy. But it was startling how sick I really felt. I'm only 25. Is this normal?
yes. that much sugar will make you feel sick. it's normal.

If your body isn't used to junk food, then yes, you're going to feel like ass after eating a bunch of it. Tea, cola, coffee, and energy drinks are all acidic as well, plus they all have caffeine which stimulates acid production even more. This can give you mad indigestion if you overdo it. I've found mixing acidy drinks seems to make me feel worse than drinking a whole bunch of one, but that's just me.
Eat bland foods for a couple days, then resume your regular healthy diet. Enjoy junk food from time to time, but space it out, and don't drink a bunch of acidy shit all in the same day. Have a Coke or a Red Bull if you want, but then make yourself drink a glass of water before opening another one.
