Funny, most of my early jobs were exactly like this. In some industrial warehouse under fluorescent lighting, packing boxes or working a conveyor belt/production line.

I got all of them through temp agencies.

Pretty much all of what you're looking for is entry level and low-pay/20 hours a week. All of us want that lifestyle but it just isn't reality. Everyone else suffers through it though, so you won't feel alone.
