When do men typically stop growing?
I know it's different for everyone, but I'm 5'10" and want to be taller. I'm 19, my dad's 5'6", mum's 5'4", and I can't even grow a freakin' beard yet and I look like a 12 year old most of the time.
Is there any hope?

If you do heavy compound lift correctly it will cause a surge of natural HGH in your system, now this combines with unfused bone ends and growth plates will lead to bigger, longer, denser bone (i,e taller).
20 is about the cutoff. I think I was like 5'11" at 19 and got to 6'0" by 20 and that was it.
Sorry OP, but I wouldn't expect much more, if any more. 6'0" is probably the most you'll reach, more likely 5'11" or just staying at 5'10".

I mean I started growing facial hair (not good looking facial hair, but facial hair none the less) in my mid-teens, so I can't really relate to you on that aspect.
But in terms of facial structure, I noticed a more mature looking face in my early 20s.
You can't rush your genetics, bro. Just give it time and be happy with who you are right now. In 10 years, you'll likely wish you looked younger.
