What is wrong with me and how do i fix it?
Every time I see my race of women with another race of men it makes me feel like shit. Like my race of men is undesirable and ugly. I start to think what's wrong with my race, is it my skin, my features, my penis size and I go crazy. Im just like wow the sterotypes must be true.
Its become such a problem every time i see a women of my race i just assume of they wont like you because your x color.
Im the type of person who likes to improve themselves physically and intellectually. I work out 5x a week for past few years and I enjoy learning on my own (even though im in college).
I dont want to reveal my race, because its not important. This literally makes me depressed and feel like shit inside.

Anyway op, there's not really a fix. It's really as simple and as difficult as just stop letting it bother you and focus on your actual relationships. These are people you will never have real contact with leading their lives how they choose. Lead yours.

Obviously not. This is my way of putting it into perspective, it's not like it's enough for someone to get a clear understanding of what people like us typically go through. This isn't implying that it's life-damaging, but a racial divide does exist. I guess I just get bothered by the assumption that some people have that whites should actively care about people who aren't in their own circle but no one else is required to, like white people don't have problems or something. At the end of the day, we're all just people going through some bullshit and I don't mind if someone just doesn't care about me and what I'm dealing with.
