I have a reasonably good voice, mainly when doing it deep, but I can't sing normal songs for shit. I have a surpringly easier time with opera and gregorian chant, while I think my voice sounds hideous when doing normal songs like this. Is singing really something you can actively learn if you're not good at? I just feel like I really go out of tune with basic things sometimes.
