What's a decent paying job for a 23 year old guy like myself who has 3 years of retail experience and only a highs school deploma (currently working on college)?
I kind of want out of retail, but I'd be OK staying in it if it meant I got paid more. I just want a better paying job.

Three options come to mind.
1. Join the chairforce and do the reserves, you'll see no combat and the military is like welfare 2.0
2. Start working out and get into landscaping or construction.
3. Try reading books on programming and learn a language or two. There's tons of resources online and you have a chance of getting a good job but keep in mind you would increase your luck with a degree.
Also, car salesman. If you're good at convincing people, you can make it big there. My uncle owns Toyota of Nashua and he started off with grunt work before getting that high.
