whenever I smoke weed it seems like I have bad trips and I become really fucking anxious. I get surges of fear and its not enjoyable as it was before.. What do I do? should I smoke more in attempts to be friends with it? I have experienced the extreme from weed. including ego death. Ever since then its been bad trips for me. One bowl kicks me down into that state.. what do I do? pic not related.

it might be the strain you have, try another and see how it makes you feel. Also take only a hit or two of your current strain and see if that makes it less intense.

Possibly the strain or quality of weed you are smoking. Swag, sativa, and indica all have different effects on different people... Try something else.
