Hey /adv/ need some late night advice.
>Girlfriend, beloved has severe depressive episodes
>Today while I was at work she had a panic attack and has slipped into a depressive episode
>This one was due to her appearance, most of which was her hair
>She freaked out while having her panic attack and started to try to cut her hair herself but ended up messing it up quite bad

>This depression is on the worse side of the ones i've helped her with
>She isn't talking much, I can tell she's in a world of hell, and has even worse confidence issues with a bad head of hair now
>She had fairly short hair and I think it's now even shorter, like right below a pixe cut
>We are very low on money this month, and I don't know how to help

Any general advice with helping with depression, at this point i'm a veteran at helping, but i'm having a hard time at this point too and i've lost inspiration for help. I've comforted her as much as possible but it all goes in one ear and out the other. Thanks in /adv/ance.
